What Are Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)?

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), often called sandwich panels, are innovative building materials consisting of two outer boards enclosing an expanded polyurethane (EPS) core. These panels are widely used in light commercial and residential construction, offering exceptional strength and durability.

Typically made with Oriented Strand Board (OSB) and various insulation cores like EPS, PUR, or EXP, SIPs are ideal for floors, walls, and roofs.
